Nestled in the heart of Exmoor, our market garden is a place where nature thrives and ideas take root. It’s a living laboratory where we explore what works best for wildlife, soil, and seasonal growth, and where every corner of the garden tells a story of care and observation.
Our market garden
At our market garden on Exmoor, we lovingly grow a wide range of herbs, perennials, and shrubs with biodiversity at the heart of everything we do. Following organic and permaculture principles, our plants are grown peat-free, nurtured with care, and chosen for their ecological as well as aesthetic value.
The garden itself is teeming with life—pollinators, birds, and beneficial insects thrive alongside our plants. Every seed we sow and every plant we raise reflects our commitment to sustainable growing, creating resilient, wildlife-friendly stock that brings both beauty and ecological benefit to every project.
We sell to private customers and we also trade at local farmers markets and events. Our schedule so far for 2026 include:

Sunday 3rd May – Watchet Market 10am – 4pm

Monday 4th May – Kingston Episcopi May Day Celebration (a brilliant day out!) 11am – 5pm

Friday 15 May – Our BUMPER PLANT SALE 2 – 6.30pm – Combe Florey Nursery, TA4 3JE

Saturday 16th May – Our BUMPER PLANT SALE 10am – 2pm – Combe Florey Nursery, TA4 3JE

Saturday 30 May – Dulverton Market – 10am – 2.30pm

Saturday 6th June – RNLI Lifeboat Day Minehead

Sunday 7th June – Lydeard House Open Day as part of the National Garden Scheme – BUMPER PLANT STALL! – these gardens are truly spectacular and well worth a visit. We will be doing a bumper plant stall for this event. Entrance fee is £6 for adults, children free. All money goes to charity.

Through until September we will be at Watchet Market the First Sunday of every month and Dulverton Market the last Saturday of every month.
